What it is
The Add an asset form lets anyone propose a project, game, or teaching resource for the directory. Your submission goes to a pending list for the CEDS team to review and publish — it does not appear live immediately.
How to submit
- Open Add an asset from the site navigation (or the button on this guide).
- Enter at least a clear Title — that is the only required field.
- Add a short summary, full description, contacts, links, licence, and tags where you can.
- Click Submit for review. The team will check the entry and publish it when ready.
What to fill in
Title is required. Aim to include a short summary, description, primary contact, digital lead, Created for (module/programme/partner) plus their link, a live demo URL, storage location for source files, licence (prefer CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), and suggested tags that already exist in the directory. Use notes for anything reviewers should know. For larger batches, email ds10@liverpool.ac.uk instead of one-by-one forms.

Tips
- Write the title as people will search for it — the game or resource name, not an internal filename.
- Reuse existing tags (Game, Storyline, school names) so similar resources stay findable together.
- Prefer a centrally hosted demo link and shared OneDrive/SharePoint storage over personal folders.
- CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 is the preferred licence unless another licence is required.
- After publishing, admins can link a Docs guide on the asset page via the Documentation field.
